Founded by Rick Warner nearly 60 years ago, Tire World has remained locally owned with only three owners in our history —a testament to trust, experience, and long-term commitment.

are local and our expertise runs deep.

What sets Tire World apart is our rare continuity only three owners in company history . From day one, the business was built with hands-on leadership and industry knowledge. Boyd Wach, the company’s original manager under Rick Warner, played a key role in establishing Tire World’s reputation for service and integrity. His leadership helped lay the foundation for the company’s long-standing presence in the Salt Lake community, and his legacy continues to be felt today.

Decades of Growth Backed by Real Experience

Tire World’s growth reflects the evolving needs of our customers:

  • Original locations on 700 South and 300 West, serving local drivers and businesses
  • Expansion into commercial, semi, forklift, and industrial tire service with the acquisition of the Truck Center in 1997
  • Development of the full-service Auto Shop at 4220 W, 850 S, now operating with 9 full-service bays and 3 dedicated quick-service/tire bays to efficiently serve both repair and tire customers.
  • Continued reinvestment under the Clarke family, owners since 2012
